A lot of people do not know this, but staying away from fish would take care of most people with sinus problems due to allergies.
I definitely did not know that staying away from fish can take care of sinus issues. I’m not quite sure how that would work. How does it? Or, why does it would be a better questions.
That is one the most ridiculous statements I haveever hear. Staying away from FISH can help solve sinus problems??? What a joke!
Um, I dislike fish very much and never eat it, but I had chronic sinus infections until I had surgery to correct the problem.
I never, not even once in a while eat any kind of fish and I have chronic sinus congestion. Total malarky. Don’t postbunleas you have science to support please.
Garlic is a natural antibiotic or try Echinacea. With the Echinacea take it no more than 10 consecutive days or you will build a tolerance to it and it will do you no good.
Fish could cause allergies in ’some’ people — not all. The reason for this is most fish contain some amount of histamine in their muscle tissue.
In addition, there are certain special proteins found in the fish, which pass directly to the bloodstream without being digested in the intestine, which cause allergic reactions in ’some’ people.
Fish that produce allergies:
There is usually a crossover allergic reaction to these two groups of fish.
- cod, haddock, salmon, trout, and tuna;
- anchovies and mackerel.
This means that if one is allergic to a fish in one group, they’re usually allergic to the rest.
Local honey is a natural wonder, and a great nasal badae or netti pot with grey salt and warm water, cleansing morning and night, local honey with warm water a little lemon is an awesome tincture. Staying away from fish, ok (mercury scares or sinus problems) that’s just plain weird!!!
