Tips for Eating Healthy on a Budget
Eating more fruits and vegetables, going organic, buying whole foods--these things may lead to a better you, but they also lead to a bigger grocery bill . . . or so the story goes. I'm here to say that you can find ways to eat better on any budget. It doesn't matter if you can afford to spend $20 on groceries or $200. Don't believe me? Then, believe my grocery bill. I purchase mostly organics for my family of 4 and spend $40 a week. You can do it too.
