I agree! Goodwill stores have provided nearly all of the skeens of yarn I’ve used for my knitting projects. The average price is $0.49/skeen. Far cheaper than anything you’ll find in a craft or yarn store. Since most of my projects are scarves I donate to a charity, this works great for me.
