I think it’s a GREAT idea as a crafty project…but as a gift? I’m not too sure I would be thrilled to receive this. Not unless it was coming from my son. Sorry! Just being honest! I’d rather receive a thoughtful handmade card.

I think it is a Great Idea too!!
And I would love it as a gift. I received a Yoga bag for Christmas and it retailed for $50.00.
I love it, however, it is not fancy, just heavy army green cotton material with a strap. So a Jean bag would be novel and different!! Could use the pockets for trim!!

Hi, regarding the homemade crayons in the frugal Christmas gift section, if one were to use plastic soap molds, could they be done in the microwave instead of the oven? I also have plastic candy molds, but no metal ones.

I don’t see why not. It should work just like melt-and-pour soap. Just make sure your candy mold are microwave-safe.

What a great idea. I like to use onld jean legs to make sand bags for yoga, exercise, and video production supports.
