Keep Holiday Baking Costs Down

Cookies, fudge and other holiday treats are fun to make and eat, but those ingredients costs sure can add up. The frugal work around? Make your own colored sugar, peppermint sprinkles, sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Then, you'll only need to buy flour, sugar and a few other basics.
