No Mortgage Payments for a Year

It sounds like the stuff of dreams, but if you agree to let Adzookie paint an advertisement on your house, they'll foot your mortgage bill for as long as the ad runs (up to a year). J. Money ran a story about this opportunity on his blog yesterday, and he even included a picture of a painted house (this you have to see).

So what do you think? Is this a good deal? Would you be willing to have an advertisement on your house, if it meant a break from mortgage payments? Would your neighborhood even allow it? Share your thoughts.

For the cost of my mortgage payment, I could easily overcome any embarrassment associated with having my house decked out in nontraditional colors. I’m going to sign up right now to see if I meet their criteria. I don’t live on a busy road where there is a lot if traffic so I’m not sure I’ll meet their criteria, but I’d give it a try.

It would absolutely be worth no mortgage payments for a year, however, I wouldn’t want my neighbors doing it, so I have to assume they’d feel the same way.
