Cut Your Spending

Do you find yourself giving into the temptation to spend more often than you'd like? If budgeting isn't fixing this problem for you, here's something that might: Take a blank address label; write something that you're saving for on it; and stick it on your credit card. (If you have more than one debit/credit card, make one for each card).

When you pull out your card, you'll be reminded of your bigger picture goal, and may just convince yourself to put back a few things.

Note: Some credit cards will allow you to put your own picture on the card, if yours does this, select a picture that represents your goal.
