YES I am IN! I do need to grab groceries however and there is an excellent sale tomorrow only so I’ll head for that! I will not be spending on any after Christmas or white sales or anything else besides my necessities! I plan on saving money and adding to my emergency fund!
I also stayed in New Years Eve and enjoyed the night watching the ball drop on my TV. I had a gift card for bagels and cream cheese and we enjoyed a box full of those and coffee and tea. We really had a simple but pleasant evening. We are two hours behind NYC and the ball dropped at 10:00 here so I was able to go to bed at a decent time!
Today I am cooking pork roast, stuffing, rice and heating up left over pasta. I am using my last can of cranberry sauce and made a gravy out of the drippings. We will be using the left overs up as well! I have Raman Noodle Soup which I got 5 for $1.00 so I can take some pork and whirl it in there. I am also starting my decluttering routine. My husband repainted the bathroom and we are retiling it using left over tile from the kitchen and bedroom. It matches so why not? I will be doing my cupboards on my week off in March and MLK Day weekend is a long one for me so I can do closets then! So my resolutions are starting today!
