Spend a buck on a car wash mitt, and turn it into a bath mitt puppet. Your kids are going to love this one.
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 30 minutes or less

Here's How:

  1. Decide what kind of puppet you want to make (dragon, shark, duck, frog, fish, etc.); then dig through your craft scraps for suitable materials. Spare buttons and bits of fabric and ribbon are perfect for this.
  2. Assemble your puppet. Cut out pieces; and sew everything onto your car wash mitt.
  3. Then, fill up the tub, and give your puppet a try!

Tips:

  1. Look for car wash mitts at dollar stores and in the dollar bins at discount stores. They're available in an array of colors – just what you need to create lots of different puppets
  2. Pair a bath mitt with a bottle of bubble bath, and you have a great gift

What You Need

  • A car wash mitt
  • Needle
