Canned Fruit Popsicles

By Erin Huffstetler, About.com

Use canned fruit to create a batch of popsicles for under $1.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
  • A can of fruit (pineapples, peaches, fruit cocktail – the choice is yours)
Preparation:

1. Fill a popsicle mold with the contents of the can – both fruit and juices.

2. Freeze; then, serve.

Tips:

1. Use fruit packed in 100% juice, instead of syrup to cut the sugar content.

2. If you wish to cut the sugar further, dilute the fruit juice with water.

3. Save the juice from consumed cans of fruit, and use it to create popsicles. Even without the fruit, it'll taste great.
