Whip up delicious chocolate pudding in an instant – without the box of instant pudding mix.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups milk or reconstituted powdered milk
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. corn starch
Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan, and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and starts to boil.

2. Remove from heat and serve warm or place in the refrigerator to chill.

Note: At first it will seem like the cocoa and corn starch won't incorporate – they will, just keep stirring.

Serves 4
