Ingredients:
- 3 (15-16 oz.) cans of kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (12 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder (more if desired)
- 2 cups water
Preparation:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large pot; and simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Serve with sour cream, cheese, salsa, crackers or your topping of choice.
