Get some chili going in the crockpot in the morning, and you won't be tempted to eat out when dinner rolls around.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 6 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef, browned
- 2 cans chili-seasoned tomatoes
- 1 can dark red kidney beans
- 1 cup ketchup
Preparation:
1. In a crock pot combine the ground beef, tomatoes and beans. Mix together; cover; and leave until about an hour before you're ready to eat.
2. Then, add the ketchup; mix well; and cook another hour to combine the flavors.
Note: You can adjust the ingredients to feed as many people as you need to. Just add extra cans of tomatoes and beans.
