Ingredients:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 or 2 cans green beans
- Mashed potatoes
- Shredded cheese
Preparation:
1. Make your mashed potatoes (can be instant or homemade), and brown your hamburger. (Be sure to drain the meat).
2. Pour in the can of tomato soup. Stir to combine.
3. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, and pat it all down.
4. Pour the green beans on top, spreading evenly.
5. Spread mashed potatoes over top of the green beans. Then, sprinkle cheese on top of that.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
SEA says: The leftovers can be frozen in single-serve containers for lunches later. I think this is one of those "taste better the next day" recipes.
