Ingredients:
- Tomato sauce (fresh or canned)
Preparation:
1. Pour tomato sauce into a pan, and heat until reduced by half.
2. Use in any recipe that calls for tomato paste.
To Freeze: Transfer the tomato paste to freezer jars or other freezer-safe containers. Be sure to allow adequate headspace for expansion. Use within a year, for the best quality.
