Ingredients:
- 1 ounce of dandelion root
Preparation:
Simmer the dandelion root in three pints of water, until the liquid is reduced by half. Strain. Take one glass after meals.
Lisa says: Dandelion has been used for centuries by Chinese herbalists, and has been thought to help everything from indigestion to menopause. It's suppose to be great for cleansing the liver, as well; however, it's been reported that it can increase your appetite!
